We weren’t born disliking our bodies—we learned it. In this opening session, explore evidence-based practices to prevent or heal body dissatisfaction and reconnect with your body through the power of embodiment.
Step into your strength in this fire-based ritual led by a Spiritual Wellness Provider. Through ceremony, you’ll claim your unique powers and commit to living them fully—honoring renewal, self-acceptance, and embodied confidence.
