Determine your aerobic fitness level and learn how many calories you burn when you work out. This is recommended if you want to change your body composition, learn the most effective way to burn body fat, increase stamina and fitness, or improve sports performance. Part I (45 minutes) – A Fitness Instructor administers a submaximal exercise test to estimate VO2 max. Testing is done while you exercise indoors on cardiovascular equipment such as a treadmill or stationary bike. Part II (45 minutes) – Your Fitness Instructor will explain your results and design an exercise program to maximize your workouts and enhance your training program.
